When your vehicle is stuck in knee-deep mud or bogged in the desert during sweltering temperatures, the reliability, performance, and durability of your recovery gear is paramount. You can rely on ARB recovery products for you and your vehicle’s safety. The updated ARB Premium Recovery kit sports a new heavy-duty PVC outer shell and modernized colors. The 600gsm PVC outer provides a rugged exterior that is perfect for recovery situations because it makes cleaning easier and helps keep the bag and its contents from getting damp. Additional updates include named compartments within the bag to keep vital vehicle recovery equipment in its place and on-hand should the need arise, #10 SBS zippered top, and improved carry handles.

The multiple, named compartments provide space for the included snatch strap, tree trunk protector, winch extension strap, shackles, gloves, snatch block, and recovery damper. Included in the kit is the highly regarded and awarded ARB 17,600 lbs vehicle snatch strap (ARB705LB). The ARB snatch strap which has been a winner of many recovery strap tests throughout Australia and the world, has a genuine 20% stretch to reduce shock to components on your vehicle and will assist in recovery situations.

Also included in the ARB Premium recovery kit (RK9A), is the highly regarded competition snatch block (10100020) which is used by elite drivers in some of the world’s toughest challenges and courses, as well as military applications in most parts of the world. When selecting a vehicle recovery strap (snatch strap) it is recommended that the minimum breaking strength of the strap should be between two and three times the gross vehicle mass (GVM) of any vehicle it is used with, and that the strap must be suited to the GVM of the lighter of the two vehicles used in the recovery process. The 17,600 lbs recovery strap is therefore suitable for vehicles with a GVM between the range of 5800 to 8800 lbs, encompassing a majority of 4WD vehicles. This is only to be used as a general guide only.

    UK Mainland and International orders are sent via Courier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent on a next day service (UK Mainland Only), however sometimes it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive your delivery depending on how busy the Courier network is and any shipping disruptions.

    Click and Collect is available at no charge to our branches. Customers will be contacted upon completion of their orders and notified that they are now ready for collection.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Shipping

    We use DHL or TNT to ship your Douglass Motors order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Occassionaly some of our suppliers may delivery directly to you using an alternative courier, or their own vehicles.

    Payments

    We accept all major Credit and Debit card providers in addition to ApplePay, GPay, ShopPay and Laybuy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques or money orders.

    Douglass Motors uses 3D Secure Verification and leading payment partner Stripe to handle all secure payment transactions.

    At this time the only alternative payment method supported is Laybuy.
