- Anti Roll Back System: The Roller Drawer incorporates mechanisms on the roller drawer that lock it in the open position, preventing unintentional closing when the vehicle is on uneven ground. The mechanisms engage at full opening of the roller drawer and are disengaged automatically when closing.
- Anti Rattle: Locking mechanisms on the roller drawer eliminate movement while closed. Retaining the drawer in this way stops rattle and wear and tear while driving.
- Purpose Folded Stainless Steel Runners: The roller drawer bearings run on purpose folded stainless steel runners. Stainless steel offers the best surface for bearings to run on resulting in smooth quiet operation. Galvanized bearing runners are not used because the galvanized coating transfers onto the bearings creating rough operation and an opportunity for corrosion to start. Tool chest style telescopic runners are not used because of the slop and movement they allow. This constant movement whilst driving accelerates wear and deterioration when used in automotive applications.
- UV Stable Commercial Carpet: Exterior surfaces are finished in hard wearing commercial carpet and interior surfaces are trimmed in automotive boot carpet. Both materials resist abrasion and conceal dirt in tough off road conditions.
- Robust Finishes: Aluminium trims are used to protect corners and ends of the drawer to improve longevity.
- Slam Shut Latches: Slam shut/pull open handles make opening and closing the roller drawer an ease, even with hands full of gear. The roller drawer handle is key lockable.
- Drawer Dividers: Fixed long divider to separate into 2 drawers + additional 2 removable dividers.
- Fully galvanised steel chassis
Lined with precision cut, quality boot carpet on the inner and outer side to give it a professional and neat finish.

UK Mainland and International orders are sent via Courier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent on a next day service (UK Mainland Only), however sometimes it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive your delivery depending on how busy the Courier network is and any shipping disruptions.
Click and Collect is available at no charge to our branches. Customers will be contacted upon completion of their orders and notified that they are now ready for collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
Most of our orders are shipped to you by DHL. On orders under £50.00 you will be presented with the option to choose from available couriers who you'd like to pay to have ship your order. In all instances you will be sent tracking information or contact details regarding your shipment.
We aim to get your Douglass Motors order to your door as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days using our standard courier services. Some exceptions apply.

Yes! As soon as your item has been dispatched by the team here at Douglass Motors you will receive tracking information by sms and email.
Payments
We accept all major Credit and Debit card providers in addition to ApplePay, GPay, ShopPay and Laybuy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques or money orders.
Douglass Motors uses 3D Secure Verification and leading payment partner Stripe to handle all secure payment transactions.
At this time the only alternative payment method supported is Laybuy.
