The SideKick Dry® is designed to keep the important things accessible, secure, and 100% dry. This waterproof gear case is the worry-free way to carry your keys, wallet, fishing license, and phone in the wild. It's constructed with a powerfully magnetic HydroShield™ Closure and RF-welded seams that repel any sign of wetness. It also attaches to the Hopper family's HitchPoint™ Grid to safely keep your gear within easy reach.

HOW SHOULD I USE IT?

Attach it to your belt, toss it on the boat, or secure it to another bag or cooler for quick access to things you need to keep 100% dry.

IS IT WATERPROOF?

Yes, when the HydroShield™ Magnetic Closure is fully closed and clear of debris, your dry gear bag is 100% waterproof.

WHAT ACCESSORIES CAN I USE WITH IT?

The gear case will fit on all YETI products that have the HitchPoint™ Grid. This includes all Hopper® Soft Coolers as well as the Camino® Carryall.

CAN I WEAR IT ON MY BELT?

You sure can. There are two pass-through slots located on the back of the dry case where you can thread a belt that's up to 2-inches in width.

DOES IT USE MAGNETS?

Yes. The magnets create a watertight seal when completely clear of debris. /!\WARNING: Magnets may interfere with the operation of pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.

HOW DO I CLEAN IT?

Use a mixture of mild dish soap and water. For stubborn grime, scrub with a cloth or a soft-bristle brush. Rinse with fresh water, then dry the inside thoroughly before closing and storing.

All Sale & Ex-Display items all carry their usual manufacturers guarantee/warranty. Some Ex-Display items may have minor cosmetic defects or shop soiling.

UK Mainland and International orders are sent via Courier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent on a next day service (UK Mainland Only), however sometimes it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive your delivery depending on how busy the Courier network is and any shipping disruptions.

Click and Collect is available at no charge to our branches. Customers will be contacted upon completion of their orders and notified that they are now ready for collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@douglassmotors.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

We use DHL or TNT to ship your Douglass Motors order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Occassionaly some of our suppliers may delivery directly to you using an alternative courier, or their own vehicles.

We aim to get your Douglass Motors order to your door as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days using our standard DHL/TNT service.

Yes, absolutely! If your order has been lost or damaged in transit then please contact us right away. You can do that here.

Yes! As soon as your item has been dispatched by the team here at Douglass Motors you will receive tracking information by sms and email.

Payments

We accept all major Credit and Debit card providers in addition to ApplePay, GPay, ShopPay and Laybuy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques or money orders.

Douglass Motors uses 3D Secure Verification and leading payment partner Stripe to handle all secure payment transactions.

At this time the only alternative payment method supported is Laybuy.
