These aluminium profiles are used to give vehicles flexibility in flooring layout. Each rail has a track where seats and various tie-downs can be securely fitted in the vehicle. In other words, it's possible to move, add or remove equipment as needed.
Lashing Rail is quick and easy to install into a huge array of locations such as most vehicle floors including camper vans and flat bed pick-ups, with a finished height of only 14 mm above the floor. Other uses include interior ceiling, side walls and even the exterior roof.
Lashing Rail requires M8 fasteners, fixed into countersunk holes at 101.6mm intervals for a flush head finish. A 1.8m length of surface rail requires 18 fasteners.
Lashing Rail can be machined, drilled, undrilled and unmachined as per converters requirements.

The fitting is inserted into the lashing rail and locked by releasing the bolt with spring. Then hooks of lashing straps can be hooked into the ring. It is also possible to loop through belt straps

UK Mainland and International orders are sent via Courier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent on a next day service (UK Mainland Only), however sometimes it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive your delivery depending on how busy the Courier network is and any shipping disruptions.
Click and Collect is available at no charge to our branches. Customers will be contacted upon completion of their orders and notified that they are now ready for collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@douglassmotors.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Douglass Motors uses 3D Secure Verification and leading payment partner Stripe to handle all secure payment transactions.
