Duplicating your OEM key via the Manufacturer's original code has its benefits and drawbacks. The obvious pro is that you can avoid sending in your personal key should you feel weary of shipping your original. Another reason being if you won't be able to drive your vehicle due to possessing only a single copy. Finding the manufacturer's key code card may present itself to be difficult if you aren't the original owner or if the previous owners did not retain original documentation/ manuals. Typically any car owner can walk into a dealership and ask for their key code if they can prove ownership of the car. For Mazdas the code is located on the OEM key shank.
Once it is found and confirmed, there is a risk of mismatch if the car's ignition tumblers were changed at any point in time due to a restoration or rebuild (these are vintage classics we're talking about). Outside of that risk, if your vehicle is in good original condition, and you possess the manufacturer's key code card/number, this would be the most convenient option to receive a Formawerx Ignition Series key, ready to function outside of the box!

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the key to us. If you are shipping domestic, a USPS flat-rate padded envelope will be the most affordable option. If you are sending internationally, please use a DHL padded envelope.
Once we receive the key, it will be professionally duplicated, and both the original and new Ignition key will be shipped back to you.
Returns are not accepted on cut keys.
Please note all international shipments are subject to additional import tax and/or duties depending on your country’s rules & regulations.
UK Mainland and International orders are sent via Courier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent on a next day service (UK Mainland Only), however sometimes it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive your delivery depending on how busy the Courier network is and any shipping disruptions.
Click and Collect is available at no charge to our branches. Customers will be contacted upon completion of their orders and notified that they are now ready for collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Most of our orders are shipped to you by DHL. On orders under £50.00 you will be presented with the option to choose from available couriers who you'd like to pay to have ship your order. In all instances you will be sent tracking information or contact details regarding your shipment.
We aim to get your Douglass Motors order to your door as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days using our standard courier services. Some exceptions apply.

We accept all major Credit and Debit card providers in addition to ApplePay, GPay, ShopPay and Laybuy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques or money orders.
Douglass Motors uses 3D Secure Verification and leading payment partner Stripe to handle all secure payment transactions.
At this time the only alternative payment method supported is Laybuy.
