Rinse and wash before using.
1. Clean with warm water and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly with hot water.
2. DO NOT clean your flask in the dishwasher.
3. To remove difficult stains, fill your flask with hot water, add one teaspoon of baking soda. DO NOT put stopper/top on the flask while using this cleaning method. Don’t be a science fair failure.
4. Use a soft cloth. Avoid using scrubbing/scouring products. They will scratch your nice, new flask.
FOR THE BEST TEMP KEEPING RESULTS: pre-fill the flask for 3 minutes with hot water for hot drinks, or cold water for chilled drinks. Get that flask to temp so your drinks don’t have to!

UK Mainland and International orders are sent via Courier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent on a next day service (UK Mainland Only), however sometimes it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive your delivery depending on how busy the Courier network is and any shipping disruptions.
Click and Collect is available at no charge to our branches. Customers will be contacted upon completion of their orders and notified that they are now ready for collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Most of our orders are shipped to you by DHL. On orders under £50.00 you will be presented with the option to choose from available couriers who you'd like to pay to have ship your order. In all instances you will be sent tracking information or contact details regarding your shipment.
